A busy day today with most of the summer string running, 4 at Uttoxeter and 1 at Southwell. Paul was in this morning and we schooled Local Affair, Present Endeavour, 2015 Yeats x Reseda, Old Jeroboam and Shanroe In Milan.
Lochinver runs at Southwell this afternoon, Richard Johnson rides. He should improve for his run at Market Rasen where he settled and jumped well.
Kapsize is the first of our runners at Uttoxeter, he ran well in a farse race at Worcester last time out, he should be more suited by today’s trip. Western Miller and Dandridge both run in the 3.20 2m 4f Handicap Chase. Western Miller has had a great summer, notching up a double at Southwell and Stratford, he is up in the weights and it is always difficult to win the third race, however he is well and in great form. Dandridge is ultra-consistent and will win a race when is falls his way, he hasn’t been beaten far in any of his runs and almost always finishes in the frame.
Dariya won well last time out at Worcester and has bounced out the race in terrific form, she should run another great race today now that everything has gone her way. There is 50% available to purchase in her!
