Happy Monday! I hope you all had a good weekend, making the most of the last sunshine! It was very foggy & dark this morning - but has turned out to be a beautiful day now. Winter is definitely on its way!

We have 3 runners at Warwick, which is not too far from us. Scene Not Herd runs in the 12.45 Novices' Hurdle, Western Miller in the 2.45 Handicap Chase and Shah An Shah in the Handicap Hurdle, Paul O'Brien rides all three. I am hoping for good runs from them all. Western Miller has had a nice break since his previous run, however is carrying a lot of weight. Shah An Shah and Scene Not Herd are both making their seasonal debuts.

At Warwick tomorrow we have Local Affair, Kapsize and Vivas, Vivas making his seasonal debut.

Yesterday we had three runners at Plumpton - Jamacho, Hoot At Midnight and Teenage Dirtbag. Jamacho ran a good race, however he has had a hard summer and was probabaly feeling it slightly. He has gone up 30lbs this summer!! Hoot At Midnight ran a very promising race to finish 4th, and next time a more galloping track might suit her better to come closer. Teenage Dirtbag actually made it past the start yesterday, unlike last time! He was a lot more relaxed this time at the races which was good, did not act up to his 'Dirtbag' name as much!! He ran a very green race, and will definitely improve from the run - again a more galloping track I think will be better suited to him.

Gavin Sheehan was in this morning to ride a couple and to have a sit on Almazhar Garde, he schooled him as well and is happy with his progress. He is looking fantastic. Later on in the week we have entries for Dariya, The Vollan and Beyond the Clouds.

Have a good week everyone!!
