Beyond The Clouds ran a strong race at Uttoxeter on Friday to come 2nd by ¾ length, giving the winner 10lb. His jumping was fantastic, and there were no novicey mistakes that he made the last day. Therefore, we were all pleased with his effort. It was back to Uttoxeter on Sunday for Little Bruce where he was extremely unlucky. He was running a great race and made all with a strong gallop until he stumbled badly on landing after the 5th last. He was very lucky to stay upright, but unfortunately that was his race over. The main thing is that Little Bruce is fine this morning, and we can look ahead to next time out. Kielan said that he was going very well and would have definitely challenged the winner.
Tomorrow we have The Vollan heading to Worcester with Tom Buckley taking a valuable 5lb off his back, we are really hoping for an improved performance from him. He has been disappointing recently, and hopefully he can reverse that form. Other than that, we have Oscar Montel entered at Stratford on Thursday, and Bangor on Friday along with The Vollan. An entry for Midnight Jewel has just gone in for Market Rasen on Sunday.
Rivarros, Scene Not Herd and What About Time returned from the field this morning, along with Éclair On Line, Peter’s Portrait and Saint Dalina. That is the last of the holiday horses with us, and now we will just be waiting on those being pre-trained to return. Therefore, the yard is filling up and we are all ready for the winter season ahead.

Also, below are the links for Amber & Will’s 500 mile cycle. Unfortunately, Will took a nasty fall off his bike on Sunday, but hopefully that will not hinder his training too much. Amber did her longest cycle to date on Saturday, so the training is stepping up and the cycle is getting closer!
