Both runners are fine this morning after thier races yesterday at Fontwell. Local Affair jumped well on her debut over hurdles and only her second run, she ran on well to finish second and will progress for the run. She beat the odds on favourite and will be winning soon! Almazhar Garde ran another good race to finish fourth, he ran on well at the end to finish a good fourth, hopefully he will now have a handicap mark.
Paul was in this morning and we jumped Peter's Portrait, Treackle Tart, Stormy Milan, Just Your Type, Leith Hill Lad and Overworkdunderpaid in the school. Monty's Award has been declared for tomorrow at Worcester, he has won twice around the course and it obviously suits him whick makes it the preferable option over Uttoxeter.
