There is great excitement in the yard this week as we welcomed three new arrivals fresh from the GOFFS Arkle Sale. They’ve all settled in nicely over the last few days, taking in their new surroundings and meeting the team.
The breaking-in team has been kept well and truly on their toes this month too, we’ve had a handful of youngsters start their education. Head Lad, Alan Roche, has been busy long reining while the team have been lying over and getting on board for the first time.
It’s a quiet week this week in terms of runners, we have no entries for the rest of the week. Having took a visit to see our holiday horses in the field, we couldn’t quite believe how much they have grown! It’s fantastic to see them enjoying a break and filling out as they should be, getting us all excited for next season with them being bigger and stronger.
We’re looking forward to getting some tack on the new recruits soon and getting some of the summer jumpers out for a run too.
