Good Afternoon all, it was a dark morning here today, but it looked as though the rain as held off for most of the day!
We had two runners on Monday, Hoot At Midnight and Saint Dalina. It was quite a frustrating day, but promising at the same time. Hoot At Midnight was making her debut over fences and was running a great race when falling at the 12th. it was extremely unfourtnate, but the main thing is that she is ok. She looked to be really enjoying herself and was running with credit, so fingers crossed for next time out. Saint Dalina made her seasonal debut and was running a superb race when Tom lost his irons two from home! He did well to jump the last and get her home without any stirrups, and she just got done on the line! However, she looks to be exciting next time out. All the horses have been running fantastically.
We didn't have any runners yesterday, and we do not have any today. Tomorrow we have Do Wanna Know at Wincanton, and we hope that he can greatly improve from his disappointing seasonal debut. We will watch eagerly tomorrow. Then we have no runners on Friday, and potentially a busy weekend with Snow Leopardess, Western Miller, Ballydine, Nightfly, State Vision, Carlow Farmer, Barton Rose, Tuff Times and Louse Talk all being entered.
This morning we had Paul in and a busy schooling morning. Amber was testing out a new camera, which I must say, produced some interesting pictures to start with! However, I think she was getting the hang of it towards the end of the morning. All the horses jumped great.
Head on over to our Social Media pages where we have an exciting competition running!!
