He is a typical Westerner in that he is tough and hardy. Having won his English point to point by 25 lengths last Autumn, he was an exceptionally good bumper winner at Huntingdon at the beginning of the year. The form of that race has worked out very well and we went to Aintree with high hopes. Things did not go according to plan that day, but a very promising hurdle and chase career awaits. I would hope he might be competing for some better Novice races later in the season.
