Another busy and successful schooling morning on Wednesday, with Brian Hughes in to ride out, along with Paul O’Brien and Tom and Dylan. There were about 18 horses schooled on the round gallop and in the school, and it is great to see the winter horses gearing up for the season. They all look fantastic, and we cannot wait. It has suddenly got a bit colder here at Hull Farm, which suggests summer is over. However, having looked at the forecast for early next week it suggests temperatures in the 20s!
Train Hill headed to Uttoxeter on Wednesday, back over hurdles with Tom Buckley on board. He added to our continuous seconditis stream! However, it was a pleasing run and it won’t be long until he gets his head in front, I hope. Jamacho is declared over hurdles at Stratford tomorrow and is off a low weight so we are hoping he will run well. It is just one entry that we hold next week, and that is Champagne Noir at Uttoxeter.

Have a good weekend everyone, there looks as though there are lots of events going on. It is great to see the return of Moreton Show tomorrow. Things do look as though they are slowly returning to normality.
