This past week has been a quiet one for us on the racing front with no runners declared, we’ve been crying out for some much-needed rain. The ground has been too quick for our winter horses, so patience has been the name of the game. Finally, today the skies have opened, and we got exactly what we asked for – rain! With the forecast looking a little more promising, we have some entries at the beginning of next week.
Monday, we have Realisation and Hay Max entered at Stratford, Tuesday could be a busy one at Huntingdon with On The Go, Midnight Jewel, Imperial Jade, Zestful Hope and The Dark Edge entered.
While we have had a quiet week of no racing, the team have been busy putting together their ‘5 to follow’ selections for the season ahead. It’s always fun to have some in-house competition but we can’t wait for the season to get underway!
