The weekend is near again! We have had a busy week with horses stepping up work and schooling. I have been impressed with them all so far, fingers crossed they can keep it up!
We had two runners in the week. Local Affair finished 5th at Uttoxeter, and it looks as though she has gone completely the other way and is now too switched off! We might try and ride her handy next time. Glimpse of Gala made a fantastic debut in a mares bumper at Southwell, she really stayed on well at the end. She is only small but looks to be a real tough mare, and it will be exciting to see her next time out. I am delighted for the Tweed Clad Fossils, the syndicate is ran by our landlords, Christopher and Fran Marriott!!
This weekend we have Dariya, Jamacho and Teenage Dirtbag all running a Stratford. Jamacho has stepped up in class again and is running in a class 2 Handicap Hurdle. Teenage Dirtbag makes his debut on the track.
