Horses RTF (running to form) – 64%, and a strike rate of 36% - lets hope we can keep it up! Horses are in great form; they look fantastic and are running well. Midnight Jewel won very easily at Huntingdon by 9 lengths under Tom Buckley. That is his third win for us this season, and he seems to improve after everyone. Delighted for owner Ms G Morgan. We also had Champagne Noir and Freethinker run at Huntingdon. Freethinker was disappointing; however, it was probably his best run yet as he settled and jumped well. He will be stepped up to 3m next time out. Champagne Noir ran another solid race leading and jumping foot perfect, however he got headed at the last and just stayed on the same pace. There we some great photos from Huntingdon by a member of the Free Thinkers, Jon Holton, we are always grateful to receive them!

Today we have two runners at two different meetings. If I Say heads to Ludlow in the bumper under Dylan Kitts and Jamacho goes up to Sedgefield in the chase under Brian Hughes. Haas Boy makes his racecourse debut at Worcester on Thursday and Vivas heads to Chepstow in a strong looking veteran’s chase on Friday. Let’s hope we can keep the good form up.

We were able to school outside on the grass for the first time this morning which was fun, and not without its near misses! Paul O’Brien and Will Kennedy were into school alongside Dylan. All of them schooled well, however they can be quite fresh on the grass for the first time of the season, and Gala definitely took full advantage and Paul ended up on the floor! However, back on he got, and she jumped well. We sent two horses to work at Richard Phillips’ yesterday, Glencassley and Nightfly they both went well and will see a racecourse soon. We plan to send another six horses to Lambourn on Friday to give them their last bits of fast work before making seasonal debuts.

There are no entries over the weekend, however, Do Wanna Know and Maxi Jazz have been entered for Huntingdon next week.
