What a day! A quick fire across the card double from Snow Leopardess and Castle Robin. They both jumped foot perfect and put up marvellous performances. Snow Leopardess was the first one up in the feature race at Bangor, making her seasonal debut under Aidan Coleman. She is such a star mare and kept finding more to fend off the competition. We are delighted for the Fox-Pitt family who have put a lot into this mare. Can you believe she has already had a foal? We cannot wait to train her offspring, if she is anything like Snow is then there is something to be excited about! We have already been told they have the same attitude! Jess deserves a special mention as she knows this horse inside out and has done a very good job at keeping her in top form.

Castle Robin impressed on his chase debut and put in a tremendous round of jumping and kept responding when Paul kept asking, to win the feature race at Exeter. He is extremely honest, and we are thrilled for the Bradley Partnership. It looks as though there are some exciting days out to be had. Rachel looks after and rides Robin daily, she spoils him rotten, and it is all credit to her for getting him in the best condition.

If I Say also took to the track at Bangor and ran a solid race at 40/1 to finish 4th on her hurdles debut under Charlie Deutsch. A good day all round! I am sure the team will be off to the pub to celebrate tonight.

This morning Paul was in, so we schooled a few, as usual on a Wednesday, down at the bottom of the gallop where it is still suitable ground. We still have not used the fences in the top field as it keeps drying out after the rain we have. However, he only did one lot as he had to shoot off to Exeter to ride a winner! Therefore, we had them all out first lot so Paul could swap onto the jumpers. Nightfly lead Parramount and then Illegal Model, before Tea For Free lead Alghazaal and Glencassley. Alghazaal is really getting the hang on his jumping, and we look forward to seeing him run soon.

We have no runners tomorrow, and then Glencassley and Maninsane go to Cheltenham on Friday. Charlie will also be at the Cheltenham sales, so get your orders in! Carlow Farmer and The Mighty Arc go to Worcester on Friday. Entries for the weekend include Just Your Type, Saint Dalina, No No Tango, Zesftul Hope, Nightfly and Almazhar Garde.
