Despite what felt like endless buckets of rain pouring down today, spirits remained high thanks to our brilliant team, who powered through the weather without missing a beat. Days like this really show the dedication behind the scenes, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everyone’s hard work.
We’ve also had a fantastic start to the week with On The Go putting in an outstanding performance, travelling and jumping beautifully before going on to win under a superb ride from Daire McConville. On the same afternoon, Graecia continued her string of excellent runs, finishing a very game second and proving once again just how consistent she is.
We head into a quieter weekend with no runners, giving the horses and team a moment to catch their breath. But it won’t be long before we’re back into full swing, with entries lined up for Leicester and Plumpton on Monday. Next week is shaping up to be a busy one with plenty of horses ready to get out and run now the ground has softened.
