We had a fantastic day on Saturday as we opened our gates for our annual Open Day held as part of National Racehorse Week. It was wonderful to welcome so many supporters of the sport as well as plenty of new faces visiting the yard for the first time. The atmosphere was brilliant throughout the whole day, and we were absolutely delighted to receive such positive feedback.
It’s always special to share the behind-the-scenes side of racing, from meeting horses to chatting with our dedicated team, we are so pleased everyone enjoyed themselves. Thank you to everyone who came along and supported the day, we are already looking forward to doing all over again next year.
As we look ahead to the weekend, we have some exciting entries at Plumpton with On the Go and The Dark Edge entered. David Bass was in this morning to school which gave us the chance to see plenty of horses in action. With the rain now beginning to fall more consistently, conditions are turning in the NH seasons favour.
