Last week was terrific with a brilliant performance from Delpotro to win under the champion jockey, Sean Bowen! We are delighted for his very patient owners of Jon’s Birthday and the team at home who put the hard work in.
It’s full steam towards the sales this week where we’re hoping to add some new exciting recruits to the yard. Here’s hoping to an exciting week welcoming some new face to the team.
Back at home, the summer clean-up continues around here with the power washer working overtime and paint brushes are now out. We love this time of year making the yard look smart ahead of the new season.
Tomorrow, Ikigai Star is going to Huntingdon to take his chances in the 8.10pm Handicap Hurdle, we are looking forward to seeing him run, he has won around Huntingdon before, so fingers crossed for a good run.
During the rest of the week, we have entries for Soldat Forte, Te Deum and Electric Jet.
