It is the end of another week here at Hull Farm, yesterday was a busy day with 3 runners at Bangor on Dee! I Am Gonna Be ran with plenty of strength and determination to finish 2nd in the Beck’s Handicap Chase, we are so pleased to see such an improvement in her performance!
Ikigai Star ran a great race for his first time in a Handicap, he is still a young horse and has learnt plenty from this! Ikigai is a progressive young horse who takes everything in his stride, and we are thrilled with him.
Our final runner of the day If I Say had a great round of jumping and showed a great attitude, we are looking forward to seeing her run again on her preferred ground.
As we head into the weekend, the winter horses are soaking up every minute in the sun and filling themselves with grass. They continue to enjoy their well-earned rest while the staff here at Hull Farm are preparing the yard for this up and coming season!!
Parramount runs at Newcastle today in the 5.25, we are hoping from a great run from him, fingers crossed!
We are starting next week with 2 runners at Worcester where Almazhar Garde runs in the 2.55pm under Paul O’Brien, hoping to make it a double following his recent win! After, Catuaba will run in the 4.30pm under James Best and hope to see him in the winner’s enclosure! The two runners schooled earlier in the week, and we are thrilled with how they are going!
Happy Weekend Everyone!
