We have our first official winner of the 2024-25 season (we can't disregard Tiny Dancer and Harry Longsdon last week!).
Ikigai Star was expertly ridden by Lilly Pinchin to win the 2m Maiden Hurdle at Huntingdon yesterday. After setting off handy last time out, Lilly and Charlie decided to drop him in to settle a little more on this occasion. He jumped beautifully and really showed us that we have a good horse to work with this season. The good ground and sharper track also worked in his favour, and he finished strong in comparision to his rivals. We look forward to getting him back on the track soon!
Congratulations again to his owners 'The Ikigai Partnership' and well done team CLR. Let's hope this is the first of many winners this season.
